There are a total of 42 stalls on the farm with the option of 5 more semi-permanent stalls.  The 32 stalls located in the 2-36X130 long barns are all Oak construction and have individual lights, outlets and windows.  There are 2 insulated foaling stalls with viewing monitor hookups and heat.  In addition to stalls, the barns have 3 tackrooms; 2 feed rooms; a large hay storage area; heated restroom; breeding and breeding lab area; washrack with a brushed concrete floor, hot and cold water, wash tub,counter and cupboards.  A 3 ton capacity bulk feed bin is conveniently located next to barn. There is a 16 by 20 viewing lounge attached to the indoor arena that is heated and carpeted and has 2 large viewing windows for the indoor arena and a large viewing window for the round pen.

There are 10 stalls located in the 40 by 60 foot all wood barn.  The stalls include a 10 by 15 foaling stall with an in/out paddock and most have windows.  This barn also contains a feed room and a 20 by 30 foot hay loft which holds approximately 600 square bales of hay.  There is a  40 by 16 foot sawdust bin attached to the barn and a 10 by 15 foot tack house next to the barn.

Lovely 37+ acre horse farm located just South of Columbus, Ohio in Franklin County.

Riding areas include a 60 by 150 foot indoor riding arena with a sand base, mercury vapor lighting, windows, and a ventilation fan.  The arena is attached to the two 36 x 130 foot pole barns.  There is a 100 by 200 foot outdoor riding arena with a sand base and drainage tile for year round use.  It has 3 rail oak fencing and 6 1500 watt Quartz Halogen lights for riding after dark.
Riding Arenas
The farm wouldn't be complete without its lovely farm house. The 2 bedroom  1 bath
home was built in 1937. The exterior of the home has aluminum siding and new storm
doors. The interior of the home has beautiful wood throughout the house including floors,
doors, windows and more. The living room has a stone front fireplace. There is also a
dining room, office, newly remodeled kitchen including all new cabinets, dishwasher,
disposal and the installation of  Italian clay tile floor in the kitchen and breakfast
nook. The 3 season porch has new carpet and has been recently painted along with many
other areas in the home. There is a full basement with a working fireplace. The bathroom
is newly remodeled and all of the plumbing, the water softener system and the sump pump
in the house has been replaced. Heat is provided by a Fuel Oil burning furnace with
closed water radiators. The burner for the furnace was replaced in 1997 and has annual
